3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Angels of Hope Homecare, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Provide Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and health information necessary for us to deliver proper care services.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees for the services provided, as outlined in the care agreement and any subsequent invoices.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all policies, guidelines, and procedures provided by Angels of Hope Homecare during the provision of services.
Safe Environment: You agree to provide a safe and healthy environment for our caregivers to perform their duties.

4. Fees and Payments

Payment for services is required as outlined in your service agreement. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of signing the care agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Service Modifications and Cancellations

Service Changes: Any changes to the care plan, services provided, or schedule must be communicated in advance and agreed upon by both parties.

8. Caregiver Conduct

Our caregivers are trained to provide professional, compassionate care. If you experience any concerns or issues with your caregiver, please notify us immediately. We will take appropriate action to address the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement caregiver.
